Welcome to Seattle Trailer Rentals, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website and rental services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting any inquiries, reservations, or payments.
1. Rental Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance that covers towing a trailer. A valid payment method is required at the time of booking or rental pickup.
2. Reservations and Payments
2.1 Deposits: A refundable deposit may be required to secure your trailer reservation. Deposit amounts vary depending on trailer type.
2.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is due prior to or at the time of pickup. We accept major credit and debit cards.
2.3 Cancellations: Reservations may be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a one-day rental fee.
3. Rental Use and Responsibility
3.1 Proper Use: Renter agrees to use the trailer in a safe and lawful manner, not to exceed load limits, and only for legal purposes.
3.2 Towing Requirements: Renter is responsible for ensuring their tow vehicle is properly equipped with a hitch and electrical connection.
3.3 Damage or Loss: Renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the trailer or included equipment during the rental period.
3.4 Prohibited Use: Trailers may not be used for off-roading, racing, or transport of illegal materials.
4. Equipment and Accessories
Each trailer may include additional equipment (locks, straps, dollies, etc.). Renter agrees to return all equipment in good working order. Missing or damaged equipment may result in additional fees.
5. Insurance and Liability
5.1 Insurance Coverage: Trailers are covered under your vehicle insurance while attached. Optional supplemental insurance may be offered at checkout for an additional fee.
5.2 Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold Seattle Trailer Rentals harmless from any liability, claim, or loss resulting from the use of the rented equipment.
5.3 Accidents: In the event of an accident or damage, renter must notify Seattle Trailer Rentals immediately and provide a full report, including photos.
6. Late Returns
6.1 Return Time: All rentals must be returned at the agreed time and location. Late returns may be charged a daily rental rate or late fee per hour past due.
6.2 Early Returns: No refunds are issued for early returns unless prearranged.
7. SMS and Communication Policy
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Seattle Trailer Rentals regarding your rental inquiries and reservations.

Your consent is not required for rental transactions.
8. Limitation of Liability
Seattle Trailer Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from trailer use, including delays, loss of income, or towing-related damage to personal vehicles.
9. Termination of Agreement
Seattle Trailer Rentals reserves the right to cancel or terminate rentals at any time if misuse, unsafe operation, or violation of terms is suspected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be resolved in King County, WA.
